About Mermaid Kess

Cassandra is the human behind the mermaid. With a passion for theatre, swimming, and the visual arts, she is thrilled to be pursuing the art of mermaiding.

From an early age, Cassandra has been intrigued with the underwater world and the lore of merpeople. It was finally while on a trip to Bali in 2016 that she discovered the profession of mermaiding. Since then she has grown her tail collection to over 22 tails, including a couple of film-quality tails of art. She is consistently refining her craft.

During the school year, Cassandra teaches Music, art, performance to children in kindergarten to grade 5. She is also @vancouverelsa providing character entertainment for the entire lower mainland.

She is thrilled to welcome folks from all walks (and swims) to enjoy her work and invite her to their next birthday or corporate event.
